Good to know
Monthly amounts reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Reaching a limit pauses only that one action — nothing you have created is removed, and everything stays readable and exportable.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel. There is no annual billing and no free trial of a paid plan. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you can undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect. Partial months are not refunded unless required by law.
Changing to a smaller plan keeps all of your contacts, campaigns, sequences, inbox, templates, opportunities and reporting history. Only new actions beyond the smaller plan's allowances pause.
LeadCori paces outreach for every connected sender — at most 50 emails a day and 10 an hour per sender, with at least 60 seconds between sends. These safety limits are the same on every plan.
