Terms of Service

You need an account to use LeadCori. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to enter this agreement on behalf of the business you represent.

Data belongs to the workspace it was created in. Workspace owners and admins control membership and connected sending accounts. You retain rights in the content you add; LeadCori processes it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

When you connect a third-party account such as Google, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that you will comply with that provider's terms. LeadCori uses granted permissions only to provide the features you enabled, and you may disconnect at any time.

• Comply with applicable laws, including data protection, privacy and anti-spam rules in your jurisdiction and your recipients'.
• Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive messages using LeadCori.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace's data or circumvent access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute third-party business information obtained through LeadCori in breach of applicable law or provider terms.
• Do not misuse the service in a way that degrades it for others.

LeadCori surfaces business information from third-party data providers. Availability, completeness and accuracy depend in part on those providers, and LeadCori does not warrant that any record is complete or current. LeadCori Match is a prioritization aid: it does not guarantee a reply, a meeting, a sale or any business outcome.

• LeadCori Free costs $0. LeadCori Pro costs $49 USD per month and LeadCori Business costs $129 USD per month. Amounts are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. There is no annual billing and no free trial of a paid plan.
• You can change plan or cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; paid access continues until then, and you can undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.
• Payments are not refunded for partial months unless required by law. When you switch between paid plans mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by our payment provider.
• After a downgrade or cancellation, your workspace data — contacts, businesses, lists, campaign and sequence history, inbox, tasks, opportunities, templates and reporting — remains stored and readable. Only allowances beyond your current plan stop.
• Repeated failed payments can end paid access; your workspace then returns to the Free plan rather than being deleted.

LeadCori is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and some capabilities are described in the product as still in development. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the product.

You can stop using LeadCori at any time and request deletion through the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadCori is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
