Terms of Service

You need an account to use LeadCori. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to enter this agreement on behalf of the business you represent.

Data belongs to the workspace it was created in. Workspace owners and admins control membership and connected sending accounts. You retain rights in the content you add; LeadCori processes it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

When you connect a third-party account such as Google, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that you will comply with that provider's terms. LeadCori uses granted permissions only to provide the features you enabled, and you may disconnect at any time.

• Comply with applicable laws, including data protection, privacy and anti-spam rules in your jurisdiction and your recipients'.
• Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive messages using LeadCori.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace's data or circumvent access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute third-party business information obtained through LeadCori in breach of applicable law or provider terms.
• Do not misuse the service in a way that degrades it for others.

LeadCori surfaces business information from third-party data providers. Availability, completeness and accuracy depend in part on those providers, and LeadCori does not warrant that any record is complete or current. LeadCori Match is a prioritization aid: it does not guarantee a reply, a meeting, a sale or any business outcome.

Plans, usage limits and pricing are not finalized and are currently provisional. If paid plans are introduced, we will publish the terms and communicate them before they apply to your account.

LeadCori is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and some capabilities are described in the product as still in development. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the product.

You can stop using LeadCori at any time and request deletion through the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadCori is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
